O Vice-Presidente da BioWare, Greg Zeschuk, declarou que a empresa está muito animada em poder trabalhar com a plataforma da Sony. BioWare, estúdio responsável pelo lançamento de MDK 2 para Playstation 2, está trabalhando no lançamento de Dragon Age: Origins para Playstation 3.
Zeschuk, que também é Vice-Presidente da Electronic Arts, declarou:
“It's been interesting. It's actually been quite good. We discovered a couple of things we did were pretty beneficial. We have multiple threads going for the game and it looks really great on the PS3. You can just throw them on all different processors, for example.”
Quando questionado sobre a qualidade de Dragon Age: Origins no PS3 em comparação com Xbox 360, Zeschuk comentou: “Oh yeah. I can't say absolutely for sure. There will be elements that will be better... the actual graphics hardware is different on them, so one may be brighter than the other, but definitely the content will be absolutely the same."
Dragon Age: Origins tem lançamento marcado para o fim do ano, para PS3, Xbox 360 e PC.
